The chocolates are worth a couple of quid I imagine, so this would mean you're paying something like 8pounds for a single rose? (Which is posted, so I wouldn't have thought would be too fresh.)

I've ordered flowers from flyingflowers in the past and they are fresh when they arrive, so you should have no problems.
