virgin interest charges

in Credit cards
I have a virgin credit card that was interest free for 14 months. In March last year I went approx £33 over the limit. Since having the credit card I have paid way over the minimum payment. According to virgin we broke the terms of the agreement and they have been charging me almost £30 interest per month, on top of the minimum monthly payment. A one-off charge I could understand But this monthly charge seems unreasonable as I am still within the 14 month interest free period.
Can anyone help please?

No one can help you. You've left it far too long.
Had you called them immediately they 'may' have reinstated the promotional rate (and waived the £12 fee). Why didn't you shift the debt somewhere else when you realised you were incurring interest?0 -
To be honest it is my partners card and I told him to look into it months ago. It was only when I saw this months statement that I realised he hadn't.
Is there really nothing we can do??0 -
Only option outside of paying the interest is get another card at 0% or a lesser rate on a LOB card and transfer the balance.0
