Due to personal circumstances, I booked to travel alone to Paignton over the New year with Sheaings.

The driver and bus were excellent, but what a hovel their Espanade Hotel is!

The bedrooms have had nothing done for twenty years, yes, they offer cheap hoidays but I am suprised that people are still prepared to put up with rubbish like this.

I have not yer received a reply to my letter of complaint, please bear in mind that this would have cost me £120 a day if I had paid full price.

Shearings should be trying to attract younger clients as the average age was about 75, but I will not be one of them!
