Not really a good buy. Check out this Mesh.

The processor is faster there is more ram and a bigger hard drive. I have little doubt that the other bits on the Mesh are better as well. (Difficult to say as not much info is given on the QVC model)
Edit. oops not sure the processor on the Mesh is better as it is a dual core and not a Core 2 Duo
