Does anybody know of a freephone No. to call the above?
I've just looked at my statement and there are two credits which are not mine, I don't want to pay call charges to let them know, after all it's their mistake, and they don't have an email address.

Don't know of a freephone number but try 01423 700545 and ask for Tesco Finance. Will be cheaper than the 0845 at the moment if you have a package that includes geographical number.

I don't know of a freephone number either but look at saynoto0870 website as previous poster suggested. I had the same problem with them - checked my transfer had reached them and saw an extra 10001 in there! Called them and I've now had a letter saying 'thank you for your complaint...'

Seems as if the people keying in the cheques are making a few mistakes, Looks as if Tesco need to get their act together on this one
