Hi
Does anyone know if dual band (2.4 & 5.0 Ghz) wireless N ADSL routers are available in the UK yet? I know that you can buy dual band N routers but i'm really looking for one with a DSL modem built-in. This is the only one that i've come across (not released yet):

Thanks

On the BroadBand Buyer website just put "adsl dual band wireless n" into the search box, and visually select the appropriate hits!0

Wireless N should be avoided at all costs....
The standard isn't properly released yet, thus different vendors have different ideas about it. Also it is open to MANY more security attacks, even though 802.11a/b/g isn't even that secure yet!
My advice is, if you need the speeds of N, get mains inline ethernet power, or just cable it. If you don't, then get 802.11G and secure using WPAv2 and if the functionality is there, encrypt with TKIP.
If you're just a home user then you're in a typically more secure environment but usually N routers are looked on by small enterprises. If this is the case here, as I said, avoid at all costs ^-^[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"The internet is a great way to get on the net."
