complain, complain, complain - it's worth it

a long story over meter readings and billing. made complaint to energy co and they didn't reply so reported them to energywatch. energywatch wrote to them but they still didn't reply. energywatch wrote to them again and finally had reply today apologising for the errors they have made (many over several years!!!). i still have to a large bill but the compensation they gave me at least reduces it somewhat.
