To book your place and stand a chance of winning this fantastic prize, all you have to do is tell us which one of these five books you think will be named the Costa Book of the Year 2008.

Once you've picked one, simply complete and submit the form below by 26th January 2009 and you'll be entered into the prize draw to win the trip to Italy

The winner will be chosen at random from all entrants selecting the winning title and there are three runner-up prizes of a Sky Package consisting of:

    1: The draw is open to residents of UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Costa, The Sunday Times, BSkyB, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
    2: One entry per person only.
    3: The promotion closes on 26/01/09.
    4: To enter, follow the instructions at www.costabookawards.com/italy
    5: The first prize is a trip to Italy with C'Italia to the value of £3,000.

    7: The winners will be drawn at random from all entrants selecting the winning title, under independent supervision and notified by email and post within two weeks of the closing date.
