If you are buing a home and not just a house and you see the one that is right for you then there is no wrong time to buy.
WHEN WILL YOU PEOPLE REALIZE THAT IT DOES MATTER BUT HEY SOME PEOPLE DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT LTV IS???? IT IS ALL ABOUT TIMING AND ONLY A FOOL WOULD SAY DIFFERENT..
160K NOW
110K NEXT YEAR
SAVING 50K
TO PAY BACK ON 25YEAR MORTGAGE 150K
NEVER FORGET LTV
Ok, ok, no need to shout (or maby you didn't realise that by hitting the caps lock key.... yes that's it........ to the left of the keyboard just next to the A and Q, you could write things that didn't make you seem so angry)
I guess it depends upon what your priorities are and what makes you happy. Is it having an extra 15k or so in the bank or is it being happy and secure in a home you love and not just a house? I didn't say that buying sooner rather than later would be a sound financial move, what I was trying to say was that he shouldn't let a home he loves slip through the net.0
