current account - incentives?

Does anyone know of a bank thats offering any incentives to open an account with them, that dont want you to pay in a minimum amount each month?

    A cursory glance at this board would suggest there's only Nationwide. And even their offer is not without strings.

    Via Quidco you can open a HSBC current account and get £20 for doing it. £50 for one of the A&L ones too but that does have minimum funding.

    Not sure if that was directed at me...or why? Anyway, cashbackkings will pay £50 for a successful HSBC "Current Account Advance" application.

    However, they expect* you to pay £500 per month in.

    * I'd certainly be doing that...at least until I'd got my £50.
