My Post Office won't do it on the grounds that they haven't known me for 2 years. I tried explaining that the two year rule is for passport photos and not certified copies, but I might as well have been talking to a brick wall.
Woolwich used to do it, but they've gone now.
Lloyds use the same excuse as the Post office.......0
