I Have Had The Same Credit Card For 10 Years Or So And Always Paid It Off In Full Until I Became Ill And Had To Claim Incapacity This Has Resulted In Me Ending Up £3000 In Debt With This Credit Card I Pay £75 Per Month And Two Thirds Or More Of This Is Interest I Now Have A Partner Who Refuses To Have Anything To Do With This He Wont Transfer To A Cheaper Interest Or 0% Card Cos He Rightfully Says Its Not His Debt And I Am Unable To Transfer To 0% Balance Transfer To Another Card Because I Have No Salary Every Time I Go To Pay At The Bank They Offer Me A Loan But It Is Almost 25 % Apr £120 Per Month And They Want To Take The Credit Card And My Overdraft Facility Off Me I Actually Have Only Seen About Half The Debt The Other Half Is Probably Accumulated Interest Then The Cheeky Beggars At The Bank Want To Charge Me 25% Interest On The Extortionate Interest Theyve Already Charged Me Has Anyone Any Reasonable Suggestions How To Get Rid Of This Millstone Round My Neck £3000 Is Nothing If You Have A Good Job Butto Me Who Is Struggling On Very Little And Am Ill Into The Bargain It Is Becoming Very Depressing As I See No Light At The End Of The Tunnel My Partner Is Very Good But £100 Is About The Maximum We Can Afford To Spend On This Per Month And That Doesnt Get It Down Fast Enough
