Please help. What is the best way to do this please? If i uninstall IE7 will it automatically go back to 6? Or will i be left without IE on my netbook?
I downloaded it in oct so it's a bit too far back to restore.
I'm not sure but i think 7 has slowed my pc down and the pages don't load properly....thanks

I would recommend sticking with ie7 as it fixes a lot of exploits and ie6 is open to alot of attacks or swap to Firefox which is a lot faster and more secure http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
You may want to consider running a quick scan of malwarebytes to check if its clean. http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php Download, install, quick scan and remove everything it finds then post the log back here as sometimes malware can slow your internet connection.0 -
When you say pages don't load properly, is this a particular page or just pages in general.
For the love of god please don't go back to IE 6, its horrendous and makes my job as a web developer particularly frustrating. Get Firefox, Safari or Opera instead0 -
Give Firefox a try.

Anti-phising filter is often the culprit.0

That could be a DNS problem - check your ISP's support pages to see if they have issues.
or type in a dos box (command prompt)
ipconfig/all
And tell us just the two "DNS servers" listed in that display, and I/we'll check them for you.0 -

If you never want to see a advert again install this add-on for Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865
When it asks you subscribe to the USA Easy List or something like that.0
