Undated "PARKING CHARGE" on private land

Hi, I received this ticket yesterday whilst parking in a car park next to a store which is for use by customers provided they don't go "off site" on a small business park. ( I was 15 minutes in the store, and 5 mins whilst I nipped to the cash machine)
My main issue with this ticket is the fact there is no date or operator ID on this ticket and would appreciate any advice on ignoring it or shall I just pay up?
I also cannot make out the wording they put for the "colour" of the vehicle.
I have blanked out personal info on the ticket. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi.
As long as it is not a council issued fine, ignore it.
The private company will write to DVLA to get the registered keeper and send them the fine. They will then send more letters, threaten debt collectors, court etc, but will never actually take it that far..... bacause they know they can't !!
They cannot prove who the driver was, so how can they take an unknown person to court !
Basically, it's an invoice, and they make it look like a formal parking ticket issued by the council.
Ignore it and any future letters. They will get bored soon.
If you do write, they have u hooked. If you appeal, they will turn it down.

Don't give in !
Oh, and if it is a council run car park. you do need to pay. They are enforcible.0 -
If it is not from a council then ignore it, or seek advice on the Pepipoo forums if you are concerned.
Certainly, if this is a PPC invoice, do not pay these chancers.
There will be no appeals process, they exist to extort money out of people.
It is worth reading this http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/parking-traffic-offences/65341-private-parking-companies-charges.html
and ignore a troll who goes by the name of "English Summer" here as well."There's no such thing as Macra. Macra do not exist."

I am certain it is not a council car park.. the signage bears no council logo, nor does the ticket. Am I correct in assuming council car parks will have the council's name on the said notices?
Th sign states parking for patrons and contractors only and that all other vehicles agree to pay £85 to park there.
Also, are council issued tickets worded differently along the lines of "Penalty Charge Notice"
Thanks for your responses Dickie and Spartacus, appreciate the advice.0 -
Assuming it's not a council ticket (and from the looks of it, it isn't) then ignore and under no circumstances pay. In this case, the contract to park lies with the driver, not the register keeper. All they can obtain from DVLA is registered keeper's address. When they write to you, simply ignore it and allow them to waste their money sending you letter which have no legal basis. Or, if you want to stop the letters, simply state you have no idea who was driving at the time and therefore they are unable to proceed with their claim. Tell them you consider any correspondence from themselves after this point to be harassment and will report to authorities. Do not tell them who was in charge of the car at the time; you are under no legal obligation to do so and without that info they are unable to go any further.0

Dollyface has there been any further news on your ticket?
I recieved one today for the same reason - walking off the carpark to a cashmachine, the car park has no council signage so I am perfectly content to ignore it but would like to know what's happening in this case first? It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Yup, as everyone else has said, if it's not from the council, ignore it, they'll go away, EVENTUALLY...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
