I need a DVD recorder/player. The ones I have read about in 'Which magazine' Say that I need a Freeview box connected to my HD TV, is this correct and if so, Why?

hmmmm i think you can just put the scart to the recorder then the recorder to the TV?

Thomas is right you connect the set top box to the dvd then the dvd to the tv via scart leads.
Or you could buy a dvd recorder with built in freeview much easier.Spending my time reading how to fix PC's,instead of looking at Facebook.0
