How do I find out who the Chairman of RAC is please?

I need to send a grumpy letter off to RAC after they left me stranded this morning. (They rang half an hour later apologising as they'd made a mistake, by which time my wonderful local garage had stepped in to help me out.)
Can anyone tell me please who their Chairman is or where I can find out? I have looked on their website but cannot find a name. Googling takes me to stuff dating to 2003 so I am not sure if the name is still relevant.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Why do you want to write to the chairman? Do you honestly think that you're letter will get anywhere near him unless you know him personally (which you obviously don't). As long as you write a decent, factual, non ranting letter to the CS department you'll be treated just the same as addressing it to chairman/ceo.0

Debbie Hewitt is Managing Director RAC and can be contacted in writing at RAC, Brockhurst Crescent, Walsall, WS5 4QZ.

The RAC left me waiting from 7pm to 1am in August, these things happen when you are not a priority.0
