Download from WMP11 (Vista) to MP3 (XP

I have asked before but I am hoping someone new might see this and be able to help. I have been given an Iriver H10 which is compatible with WMP10 (XP). I have tried every way to download my music onto the MP3 player but to no avail. Can anyone make any suggestions. I have emailed Iriver but they are ignoring my emails and there is no contact number.

Thanks

 would like to :j :T

According to the iriver h10 manual you should be using an application called 'iriver plus'. Have you tried using that? You can download it from the website.

https://www.iriver.com go to Support then Downloads. Type in 'iriver plus' into the search field. Be warned - it's a terrible website.

you have to add the music to your windows media player library  (actually not that scary - it usually searches My Music folder anyway) and then use the Sync options to choose which songs to transfer to the Mp3 player
  • Halloway - Thankyou both for the information. I have downloaded iriver plus (or at least it directed me to iriver plus 3 but this doesn't seem to make a difference unless I am doing something wrong. My music downloaded to Iriver plus 3 on the PC but not on to the MP3.

wdywuk - I have tried this but I get the 'bar sign - no entry' and error messages.

I am the tearing my hair out stage as I agree it shouldn't be that difficult.

    Anymore suggestions.

    Thanks.
