BBC Iplayer files after hardware update

Hi all - the motherboard on my laptop is getting replaced and I'm wondering if having a different bios time is going to be detected by the DRM of my iplayer files, rendering them unplayable.

Bit of a long shot but has anyone done this successfully? I know it's possible to strip the DRM from the files but that's not a route I want to go down.

I use Daniusoft media coverter It strips the DRM from everything I have tried so I download the BBC shows to my computer and then run Daniusoft to convert to MPG-2, burn them to DVD and play them on my DVD player, the quality is virtually as good as watching TV. I bought the pro version but they give away the standard version regularly on http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/
    and this works equally effortlessly.
note: In the past I have tried endless ways and software to strip DRM from media and Daniusoft is by far the best.
