Hi there people
I ordered some books from BOl.com, at a very reasonbole rate and have been looking forward to them coming, after 2 months of waiting i decided to contact them and they have told me that they have refunded me for the books i never recieved?! They told me that they use another compan for the refund and it will apear on my statement as ONE ON US but did not hear anything from BOL till i contacted them.
Should i not have heard from them telling me that they were out of stock or unable to fofil my order, isnt there something under the distance selling act???
