Tesco CC application Problem

Hi,
Just out of curiosity, rather than it bothering me, but I wondered if anyone else has had a problem applying online for a Tesco CC?
I filled it all in, and got to the last page and it said my address had not been recognised, and would have to be processed manually. So no online instant decision.
When I put my postcode in and the house number, the auto fill in address looked perfectly correct.
So how could the computer instantly know that the address could not be recognised, when it filled it in for me?
