On the other hand, new users are registering all the time and of course they come in with questions that for them are new but in fact have been asked by others many times before and there are already threads about them, but they don't know.
All these problems are the result of a large forum with lots of members, as mse has become. I don't think there's an easy answer to this, and all the new boards that have sprung up are the results to trying to keep threads in their pertinent places.
I believe this is one of those situation where one can't win, really. However I do agree that duplicating topics across the boards seems unnecessary work, such as the depression threads, but I guess that users who visit only the same few boards will not be aware of threads elsewhere that cover the same topics.Be careful who you open up to. Even when it is pointed out over and over again?
Why is there any support threads at all Q? They are not money saving and they certainly do take people away from the smaller sites who are trying to survive on the few members they have.0 -

I think these non-moneysaving threads are allowed to stay as a strategy to prevent lots of proper money threads from going off topic, as users WILL go off topic as we see on a daily basis - that's all I can think of, really.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
