IS it an essential expense for your house? I'm not really sure what 'blown double glazing' means. Is the window actually broken? If so I would think that is an essential expense and the OR couldn't stop you from repairing it.

Its where the window isnt clear to see through, they are not broken. We were hoping to start improving the house but I eventually stopped kidding myself and realised that the house had dropped and that there would be no money in the house for a long time to clear my dabts, even if I could have carried on paying them all.
Its just that I do not know what to do as the windows have apparently been made but I have not had them fitted so apart from signing a piece of paper I have not recieved the windows. They never gave me a copy of what I signed so I do not know if I am committed to but them know I am br. Are they a creditor becasue I have not had them fitted.0
