Help With Install Codes Please

I bought my son two PC games for Christmas - we went to visit relatives in Australia and he opened them out there. He is 8 and a bit divvy and me a bit jet-lagged and after much searching, I think we left both sets of Instructions in the hire car. Have now got back and when I have gone to install, they want these codes. I do have proof of purchase, but I can't find a contact number on either of the websites (EA Games and THQ) so that I can see if they will give me the codes if I send the proof of purchase to them. Anybody know how to contact them please.
There are three ways to get something done; do it yourself, hire someone or forbid your kids to do it.
