Next time we'll all converge on your house to prove to him that
A We're not sexual predators - Ok then we'll make an exception for Lenny
    B We're not friendless geeks
C We ARE all a bit mental but that's half the fun

    :T well said Linda............

Did you manage to get booked up for the meet then?
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I dare not book yet because I'm waiting to see the consultant and get a date for surgery and if I book it (it's non-refundable) s0ds law that'd be the date I'm given to go into hospital!
It'll be a last minute thing I think

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • What surgery are you having Linda?

I went to the Dr on Fri and she actually listened to me-and we discussed hysterectomy-finally someone taking me seriously!
Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale

    Morning all,
Manchester looks to be getting better all the time. I can not think of a better behaved, well mannered and sensible bunch of people with which to spend time with.;)

I have a fun day today........two A4 filing boxes full of the Planning Application for a Secure Immigration Removal Centre. It may take wine to get me through.

edit; Sorry, I hate it when a post butts in on something important like biopsies!
    :D:D stay wonky :D:D

....one-way ticket to Portugal booked !
  • No worries Pep-I'm not..they think it's skin cancer rather than something more nasty! Just means I'll have to be more careful in the sun I think..they could have just removed the lot last week, but we decided to do the biopsy instead as its less of a scar, and they may be able to treat in other ways if it is a nasty.....
    Mrs Pepe?

MOrning all. Thanks for the vote of confidence Linda! Im not a sexual predator SRM I'm just a perv :D but hey, who isnt! I went to the Birmingham meet in Jan last year (wow almost a year now!) and whilst many people didnt go, it was good to meet the people (friends) that had been there for me when I needed help. The Glasgow meet was good too. Im a decent lad really, Im just not intelligent enough to offer anything but smut in my posts on here thats all; honestly ;)
