IVA or DMP??
Hi,
I am in a quite considerable amount of debt (not through frivolity but a career plan that changed) as documented here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1245793
After doing much research, I'm now at the point where I don't think bankruptcy is the best option for me. I am now strongly considering a free DMP. However, I was just wondering if, looking at my circumstances, a DMP would be refused and instead I'd be advised that an IVA would be better...
I have already filled in a budget sheet from the national debtline people, and it would seem that I fit the criteriafor a DMP, but due to the large nautre of the loan, I don't know if a DMP would be accepted.
Any ideas?
