2 threats detected with ESET scan, wot do I do now?

Hi, I don't know too much about computers but in the last couple of days my computer has been freezing so I thought I'd do an online scan with ESET. The scan has finished and 2 threats have been detected, how do I know what the threats are and what do I do to correct them?

Once the scan has finished does it give you the choice to quarantine or fix any infected files?

No, it just gives details and gives the option to buy software.

Install an anti-virus such as Avira AntiVir, update it, do a scan and fix whatever it finds.

Download HIJACK

SCAN and post the log here so we can see if its 'clean' or not
