Please,how do I get rid of this?

Everytime I print a document from the web, there is it seems a header and footer. I do not want these to show in the documents I print e.g saving an application offline and then fill in later on for printing. When I print, it shows the path e.g file://C:\documents and ettings\username\mydocuments\application for employment. It's the same when I print a page from my online banking, it shows as the heading the website I have accessed. It does not seem right to send an application form with the path showing. Please does anybody know how I can get rid of these. Also I have saved an applicaton form in acrobat, but you cannot type in it, am I right? Thanks

in IE click File -> Page setup

remove the values from the header and footer section

If you have the free reader - correct, if you have the paid for full version - incorrect.
