    I couldn't see the submit box but followed the instructions to tab down from what you could see and fill in..... and sure enough not only did the t&c box to tick magically appear....
    but on next tab... so did the submit box!!!

    the text is partially hidden. where you tick boxes, right click to highlight then scroll down. you will find the rest of the page that way

    I started from the top and tabbed all the way down through the completed form and finally got the submit button.

    I find this so annoying. It seems to happen a lot with this sight. You find the submit in the end. But what a pain!
