sent me a letter telling me i owe them 18.50 after few phonecalls was told it was because last year in july i didnt top up at all (i have pre payment meter) so after i got letter threatening court i paid it but was not happy so sent e-mail saying so (no reply )
it wasnt until other day i realised something in july last year i would not have been using my heaters they go off when warmer weather is here (if its here lol) so i probaly had enough in my meter for hot water (in summer its only hot water i use) and didnt probaly didnt need to top up at all
sorry if it doesnt make sense but it doesnt make sense to me either
