reegistry cleaners are generally BAD. I would ONLY suggest using what Tom has posted as others can (and at times do) completely kill systems

Is REGCURE not recommended then?

I've just downloaded and run this. Although I've been running RegCure regularly, it detected 499 registry issues! I made sure that I backed up before deleting these.

As said...use CCleaner first...(making sure you back up the registry first)

to pick up anything CCleaner might have missed.
