A word of praise here for the additional warranty given by Nationwide with their Gold Card purchases.
We bought a vacuum cleaner just over 12 months ago, which failed over the Christmas period. I called the warranty company just before New Year, and within 5 minutes was offered a full refund of the purchase cost of the product. The cheque arrived today.
Excellent service and highly recommended.
