Barclays emergency cover.

About three years ago, I asked a question on this forum about emergency insurance cover, one of the things it covers is gas boiler brake down, and I wanted to know how good it was. I had no answers, however I still went ahead and paid for it.
I have never claimed on it as everything was ok. That is until Wednesday afternoon, when the boiler refused to go. Soo I rang Barclays the people I have the insurance with. And guess what the service was very very good. Within a few minutes the people who Barclays use to do the jobs, turns out it's NPower phoned to say all engineers are full until Monday, and then aked are anyone at risk. Well both my wife and myself are seventy, they had another firm to come and look at it the following day.
Good service.
