Can somebody please share any experience from dealing with Questor Insurance Services Ltd?
I’d like to buy a car hire excess insurance from them. They are the only company offering an optional “Near Home Rental - Allows the policyholder to commence a car rental agreement within 150kms of their home address”.
But they do seem to be a small company and I just want to make sure that I choose the right company. There are several other companies offering similar services. They all look good until one has to make a claim.

I don't know this company and have had no dealings with them, but here are my views on the information contained on their website:
Their use of the KeyFacts logo for the policy summary would be correct, if the information contained in their policy summary actually complied with ICOBS 6.
Translation: if you click on the KeyFacts logo, the information they give you sucks big time!!
Their Terms and Conditions are not compliant with ICOBS 4
Translation: they have to tell you about fees that they charge and the information they provide sucks big time!!!!
