Page numbers on Word 2007... .

I'm getting a little frustrated with adding page numbers to every essay I write; more accurately, with forgetting to add page numbers to every essay. Is there any way to make Word 2007 automatically add page numbers...? I imagine I have to somehow customise the 'normal' template but I just can't work out how to do it... . Thanks!

1. Just navigate to the following directory on your system: C:\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
2. Open the “Normal.dot” file and open it with Word.
3. Use the “Insert > Page Numbers …” option in Word
4. Make any other default changes you’d like for all new documents to use as I do if desired
5. Save your document (make sure you save it as Normal.dot again in the same location as before)

This should help you out, its for 2003, but I believe it to be nearly the same for 2007

Thank you both very much! I'm quite pleased at how successful that procedure was. I'm sure to be much more efficient in my writing from now on ;-)
