the indian housekeeper i work with ( who is an amazing frugal chef!) mixes bombay mix with finely sliced onions, grated carrot, chopped tomato, cucumber, fresh coriander and makes a side salad/dish out of it.
Or you can sprinkle it on vietnamese/thai style salads/meals for a different texture and taste£5000 debt cleared thanks to MSE advice :money:0 -
