Any ideas to use up Bombay mix?

As the title, really :p The children asked me to buy Bombay mix for Christmas. It's proved too fiddly to eat  and I'm left with an almost full bag. I've sprinkled some onto a tuna bake. Any other ideas, please :A

  • Too fiddly to eat? I find that after a few bottles of lager men usually have no problems shoveling Bombay Mix into their mouths.
Apart from eating it as it comes I've no better suggestion sorry.

Mix it in with a bowl of natural yoghurt - add some salt - very tasty

    Another vote for yoghurt.

PP, how can you stop yourself nibbling the whole lot infront of the fire in the evening? No-one else would get a look in if I had some in the house!

Sorry to hijack the thread, but does anyone know where to get Karachi crunch? Morrisons used to do it but it's been discontinued.
