I think your find the offer is only available to selected customers. Ask them for it and see what they say.PF.0

I have just phoned talktalk & said that my friend has offer and that I couldn't remember if I had as I dont always read everything & throw away anything that's not an actual bill. I asked if they could check to see if this offer is 'attached' to my account. They said the mailings were sent out randomly and that if I have the number I can use it (she asked what the number was) and that it would be free until the end of Feb. I asked her to check with a supervisor as I didn't want an extra big bill - she did & said yes it was fine!
Hope this help0 -
I received my first bill from Talk Talk and they charged me for international calls <60 minutes with no mention that I could reduce the costs of my calls by dialling a prefix. I called up and they told me that the prefix is in the terms and conditions (somewhere in the 18 pages of confusion). I searched it online (http://media.phonehouse.com/mediaserver/servlet/AssetServer?id=BBTERMS1149264&ver=5&RD=YES) and the prefix 18418 only appears in the definitions section. Also, when I signed up, there was no call charges document that detailed Talk 3 International, so of course I wasn't to know about this prefix. After several calls to Talk Talk, I finally convinced them to give me the calls for free. Nightmare. And I still haven't had my broadband. They're as bad as NTL.0

Shame you hadn't read these and other forums and newsgroups before hand, as they all highlighted the underhand tactics of TalkTalk that you had to use a prefix number. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0

I am unlikely to use int option very often, so not really looking .. but in fairness I saw the info about prefix 18418 clearly displayedAny posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0
