I've just listed a few things after not selling for quite some time. I used to be able to change the font, colour, size etc on the description but that option doesn't seem to be there any more.
Is there an option somewhere i have to change?

God, please don't. Those listings in all different colours and font sizes are horrible - more likely to put people off I would have thought (but just my opinion).0
