Halifax cut Websaver rate to 4.5%

On logging into Halifax online and clicking on my Websaver, it states a 'Current rate of 4.5%'. Looks like the Halifax are the latest bank/building society to reduce their rates on their savings account.
This follows ING Direct and Nationwide's rate reductions.
**Oddly, Halifax's interest rates page currently still displays 4.65% for (non-card) Websaver accounts, which mine is. Perhaps the rate reduction comes into force tomorrow? Or are they going to apply rate tiers like Nationwide?
