interestfreecredit4cars.co.uk Any good?

Hi everyone,
Found this site selling new imported cars offering 0% finance.
interestfreecredit4cars.co.uk

Girlfriend wants new peugeot cabriolet and must finance it. Looks like a good deal with the prices similar or lower than prices quoted at dealers. Slightly less on resale value due to it being an import and 2 instead of 3 year warranty issues aside, can't find any other negatives and am looking to buy one.
Has anybody else had any dealings with this company? any info would be great.
Not sure how else to check the company out, looked on trading standards but couldn't find a section on checking out companys. Any ideas on that front?
Jimmy

    Hi

Imported cars are sometimes not as easy to insure as many insurers will not touch them, or, insurance costs are slightly higher. This knowledge comes from trying to insure an imported MR2. Most places would not touch it.

Surely, aren't you better off buying an 'Approved Car' i.e. a nearly new Peugeot - 6 months/12months old to avoid losing quite so much money by depreciation in the first year. I am sure the cost of finance would still be less than buying brand new even at 0%.

  • Thanks for your thoughts. Might have to shop about for a loan for her! Was the Mr2 from europe or Japan by the way? My dad got a puma from Motorpoint and don't think he had any trouble with the insurance.
    Cheers
