Superdrug - Bargains Still To Be Had If You Look

Just visited the Wallsend store again and they had loads more than they had last week and I notice the Newcastle store had more on thurs, so I assume stuff is being dispatched daily to stores from a warehouse? I got:

10p spa bath fizzers
10p eastern star bath powder (was on the 49p shelf - i would have bought loads more if i'd know it was 10p)
49p buzzer game (was £10)
99p persil non bio tablets
£1.99 Colourworks Clutchbag with 6 nail polishes (tempted to keep this for me!)
£2.99 Remington x120 shaver
£2.99 Diamante digital camera

I noticed they had a hairdryer set for £1.99 and 2 packs of chair cushions for 99p.

There were loads more bargains to be had so I had to restrain myself!

went into my local today had a right moody woman i found mens razors said 99p on shelf came up 1.99 at till she was stroppy saying someone must of moved the label so i told her to stuff it

went to newton abbot branch today.picked up a tooth tunes toothbrush marked up at £2.99 scanned at £1.99.also found a pink girls watch marked up £6.99 scanned at 99p! they also had loads of max factor gift sets marked price £4.99 didnt buy any so not sure if they scanned at that price.loads of hair bits and bobs and other gift sets like nivia left .

Just got back from the Leicester branch of superdrug and I managed to pick up an elizabeth arden gift set- containing 60 ceramide advanced time complex capsules, 100ml ceramide firm lift body lotion and 15ml ceramide defining skin brightner... all for the grand price of £2.99:eek:

There were also quite a few sets cosmopolitan false eye lashes for 49p and plently of false nails. Hair colouring kits (loreal I think) were £2.99.

Still can find some bargains if you look.

I went into one of our local superdrugs yesturday, I do not know what they started off with in their sale as I hadnt been in since before christmas but they had 10p 49p and 99p sale baskets with some good bits in the 10p basket. I went to the perfume counter to see if they could scan a couple of bits to check the price as the baskets seemed to be all mixed up. The two sa's checked and they were 10p then asked if I wanted any more as they had two huge tubs all of 10p items, they said they were ment to put them out on monday but if I wanted some I could have them. I got over 20 disney pens all for 10p each, quite a few packs of razors, loads of different hair clip and bands sets, about 5 different sets with tweezers in as we always seem to loose these. I also got a toy story tooth brush and a huge comb set, all in all I came oout with 56 items for 5.60. I went to our other local who had some more expensive sale items but nothing I needed.

So it is worth a good look around.

Just got back from my local with a bag full of goodies, managed to get some of the Miss Nail Bar sets by Nails Inc for 99p each containing top coat and base coat and another set with pink polish and top coat. Several packs of top trumps for 49p, Elizabeth Arden ceremide capsules for £2.99 and a couple of Lancome lipsticks for £1.99 each.

I wouldn't mind but all I went in for was the sonicare toothbrushes which they had none lol :j

I got some top trumps for 49p, and 7 brita water filter jugs with a filter for £1.99 each - cheaper than buying the filters on their own.

I used a 10% off voucher aswell so I got the brita filters for £1.79

This was at headingley store which apart from these was full of tat.

my local were selling packs of Mam Dummies for 10p (rrp £3.50), and Totes Micro Umbrellas for 99p (rrp £12.99)
