In Bristol I got Clarins Sun Wrinkle Control Cream for £2.99, was very pleased as I usually pay alot more for it! also got some pkts of mini bath fizzers for 10p each. They also had Superdrug own brand Bath spa jacuzzi type thing for £2.99 and a Remington Foot Spa for £2.99 - I didn't buy these though!0

Hey! Which Edinburgh store did you visit?
Hey!
It was the one on Princes Street (is it called that? I was visiting!), there was pretty much a whole half an aisle and a load of boxes on the floor near the checkout and a shelf end thing near the checkout too. Plenty of stuff there...loads of nails inc, gifty things, random stuff etc (was when I was there yesterday anyway!)
hth!I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul, I want you to notice when I'm not around0 -
I got a gorgeous pair of totes toastie socks for 99p, wierd it's the 3rd pair I've gotten in Superdrug at silly prices over the years, but I have never seen them on sale in there at a normal price only ever stuck on the reduced shelf??
They had 2 huge crate/baskets of stuff in the shop I was in today but it was difficult to see what was in there and everything was all bashed up.Booo!!!0 -
I want to share a bargain I recently picked up at my local Superdrug. I needed to get some false eyelashes and came across some items in a range called Miss Nail Bar (created by Nails Inc) the sales assistant told me they are not stocking it any more so they were selling it cheaper. I managed to get the following items:
Ready to Rock Hardening Base Coat 99p each (shelf label 99p but don't know what the original price was but SA said they were in the region of £6 each)
Quick Slick Vitamin E Cuticle Oil Pen 99p (shelf label £1.99 again don't know what the original price was) nails inc version cost £11.

I don't think Superdrug ever sold Nail Polishes in this range, just treatments etc. In my local store they were located in the aisle where all the false nails & eyelashes are situated.
They also had some false nails reduced to £1.99 a pack (painted designs on them), located on the rack with full price items.0 -
Well, if my local superdrug is anything to go by, i would`nt be surprised if it closed down soon. They have big signs on the windows advertising a big sale but nothing inside.
In fact since they advertised their big online sale at xmas, with all their deals they should have had, and it did`nt come off, its making me more sure they`re in troule.0 -
did any1 manage to get the pregnancy tests (clear blue digital) for £1.99?? If so,where were they kept?? Thanks0

Superdrug in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol still had loads of things on offer last night... Bought some of the floating bath lights for 99p... unfortunately they don't come with batteries so need to buy 3 AG10 to use them and I didn't notice until I had run my bath! lolLight Bulb Moment 4th January 2009 :eek:Started DMP 1st April 2009 :ADMP mutual support thread member: 267 :j0

I've just come back from my local superdrug and there were quite a few gifts that were previously £5 for 10p - bath smellies etc - so I'm well stocked up for secret santa this year now!:j0

I noticed that John Lewis in Watford had this reduced to £14.99 from £41, not as good as my £4.99 or your £9.99, but still a bargain for someone who regularly uses this product.0 -

Totally agree: I have tried searching in so many SD stores over the past few weeks and the sale seems to consist of out of date products and leeking shower/bath gels. Old choclate bars which are still more expensive then tesocs/sainsburys and hair colour for brown hair.
And thats South East London0
