    They are nice cars Maz, one of my (richer) friends gets a new one every few years - she loves them! important girlie question...what colour is it?


    it's dark blue..... it's not sporty or sexy but a more practical family car... will even be able to fit the dogs in the back...... maybe even the bikes! woo hoo!
    I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

  • that looks good to me... maybe a bit too gentle at the start to be honest.... if you were even able to begin at week 3, run 1 walk 1.... there are lots of similar plans, see race for life.org or runnersworld.com...

    did you see my earlier questions i.e fat unfit anti exercise (but worried about becoming puffed after going the stairs at work) bird giving the 10km a go?

    like after an extensive exercise programme etc.
