    that looks good to me... maybe a bit too gentle at the start to be honest.... if you were even able to begin at week 3, run 1 walk 1.... there are lots of similar plans, see race for life.org or runnersworld.com...

    Right, I'm leaving the party I'm afraid-gotta take BF and husband to LGW at 0830. Shes off to see a cancer specialist in NYC, and take in a Broadway show, go ice skating on central park, all that sort of stuff. Have put in a word or two with BA so hopefully she will be well looked after, so to speak!
