Afternoon, when do you get your puppy? Must be soon?

Cant wait!! I think I will collect her on 30th of Jan and take the afternoon off work. She will be 8 weeks that day. In true money saving fashion....dd has convinced her friend to also get one from the same litter so we are car sharing to go down and get them - halfing petrol spending! Woo hoo :T

Tell them that having given it due consideration you'd like to cancel your subscription. That should make them bend over backwards. If not, cancel it for a couple of months then resubscribe if you haven't found a better alternative or really can't live without it...

Wish I could, I'm tied into a contract until July, took over my mum's old sky box last year.

Sky is really for my grandad, he watches it a lot more than I do.

I've not had any for ages....they arent anywhere near as good as they used to be.

    sooooo... you tell lies!!

big G has just been in and told me he has bought me a new (2nd hand) car.... Y reg Xsara picasso.... i'm all excited!!!!

isn't that what you've got snags?

    Does that count as romantic?!

I love my current car but it is troublesome.... niggling things going wrong and expensive to tax... going up next year... so something more MSE would help with the DFW mission..

Sorry, carry on with the romance!

That's VERY romantic, you lucky girl :T

Not just me then. I have about 500 points in my account but for actual cashback other sites are better so I tended to use it just for the free clicks.

Speaking of which I am waiting for eSure to pay up £75 on Quidco...

Could try and find another box from somewhere Maz, see if my mum will lend me hers to check. They did say that they would just replace the box if they found that to be the problem.

That's not a bad idea Pooky. Doesn't matter that the boxes were for different houses?

For being romantic I knew of a couple that were on a skiing trip with me. On the last day of the trip he took them upto the highest peak they could find, that's where he got on bended knee and proposed to her! I think that's rather romantic!
