hiya newbie here
I was wondering if i should reclaim my bank charges?
They total £203.00, not alot in comparison with some of the threads i've read, but hey if i can get it back i would like to. One example of a charge is for £35.00 for a 99p purchase which went over my overdraft, surely this is'nt fair? I have filled out the template letter but wasn't sure what will happen next with the issue being on hold? Will i hear from the bank, will i be offered anything or is it a waste of time until it is "off hold?" Any advice would be greatly appriciated thank you

Likelyhood is that unless you are in financial hardship that your claim will be on hold pending the conclusion of the OFT test case. They should acknowledge the claim firstly though.hiya newbie here
