British Telecom Super Balance Transfer card

Options
Maybe not much use nowadays, what with saver interest rates being so low, but British Telecom have a new card (run by MBNA) which has 0% on balance transfers for 10 months (1.99% fee) and more importantly you get the exact same deal on cash transferred to your current account...

You also get discounts off your BT phone bill if you use the card for spending.

Hope this helps someone!

Mbna are not adverse to allowing in excess of 10 card accs.

I currently have 16 showing on their system (not all active tho!)

Credit Limits do tend to diminish as you get more and more MBNA cards but remember they will allow you to transfer any unused Credit Limits from dormant cards over to the new one.

I know many people have struggled with MBNA once they have run into problems but in some respects they are one of the most useful Providers to make use of.

I have a very simple system : a very simple hand drawn dated grid on the back of an envelope, with key dates written on my calendar !

    Not so difficult !;)

Do you think I would be able to gain a Virgin (MBNA) card to pay off a MBNA 0% BT card?

Whilst you may be able to get a card (but see NickX's post #6 re limits), you'll have to settle the debt via a 'money transfer' (SBT) because they won't allow you to BT directly between the two MBNA cards.
