Prize draw rules

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and resident in England, Scotland or Wales.
3. There will be 10 winners, winning one prize each.
4. Entries must be received by 5pm on 31st March 2009. The winner will be notified on or before 30th April 2009 by the email address they provide. If no response is received within 30 days another draw will take place.
5. Entry is strictly limited to one entry per person for the Prize Draw. Entry to the Prize Draw can only be made by completing the form online at https://www.whatson4littleones.co.uk.
6. Prize draw winner's name and county will be available from the Winner's List - Free Prize Draw, What's On 4 Ltd, White Cottage, Bramley Green, Tadley, Hampshire RG26 5AJ between 15th May 2009 and 31st May 2009, provided a SAE is enclosed.
7. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as permission by the entrant of What's On 4 Ltd to take publicity photographs and interview the winners and for these to be used by What's On 4 in any media publication.
8. The prize will consist of 10 Baco Rainbow Goodie Bags subject to availability supplied and dispatched by agents of Baco Rainbow. The prize will be delivered to the winners within 8 weeks of the prize draw.
9. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. Promoters reserve the right to offer a similar prize, or a prize of equal or greater value, if the stated prize is unavailable.
10. The judges' decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
