Hello to everyone, and especially to all the newbies :j
I feel like i've abandoned you all over the last few months, i've just been really busy. :o
I think we'll defo pick up more people before the start date without a doubt. I've got the mortgage up and running and now doing some stoozing into it. But naughtily did go and have a look at a new house. But decided to wait at least 2 years, I think i'll be in a better position then.:D

Hey Maz, we keep eyeing up other houses too so you're not alone :o. We're thinking a five year plan at the moment..... if we can pay off our mortgage in three then we can have two years to save for our dream place..... and probably end up with another mortgage :rotfl:.

  • My house sale's fallen through, so I can't (yet) take out my mega-mortgage on the lovely place we've found. Hopefully someone else will fall inlove with my place and we can get the chain back in place. December's a long way off yet!

    Woohoo!

As of this morning we're under £100K......hurrah! That's £8k paid off since Feb. :)

With FB away for a week (have a good holiday) I'll wait to come up with a target but that gives me some time to work things out. With summer hols coming up and a term time only job there won't be much of an impact made over the coming couple of months but hope to do a few car boots and sell some bits the kiddies have grown out of.

Keep up the good work everyone.
    LM :)
    :jMFWin3T2 No 20 - aim £94.9K to £65K:j

    That's brilliant!
Even if you have a slow couple of months, you are still moving quickly in the right direction.
