Home Cinema System

Hi i have recently brought a Lg 42 " plasma tv and was thinking of buying a home cinema system to go with it would anybody in the know recomend the following Lg Ht 503th. I thought of sticking with Lg as i am quite happy with the tv

I don't know about that particular system, butif you buy from the same company you can do things such as control both TV and home cinema via one controller which is very convenient.

Yes i read that which is another less remote control to worry about does anybody have any recomendations

I have also just purchased one of the 42LG7000 series that were on sale over the last couple of weeks, and would like to add a Home Cinema system.

I have been looking at the LG HT953TV, which seems very good.

It is currently on sale at Richer Sounds for only £499.

Try and find some proper reviews first. SOME systems sound absolutely awful.
For example, I know someone who bought a hdtv and wanted surround sound with it. The salesperson 'recommended' a samsung av unit (Which are usually not bad), but its bass is UNBELIEVABLY overpowering, and cant be controlled at all. hes trying his best to fire it right back at the guy who sold it to him.
Dont go thinking they all sound the same ~ they REALLY dont........
